Everything the shop needs
Six pillars, one book
Not a note app with a logo. Every part of a working trade — the counter, the credit, the goods, the papers, the buying and the network — lives in one place.
Speak your book
Sales, payments, expenses and deliveries, spoken in nineteen languages and written down as you say them.
Credit and customers
Who owes you, for how long, and a polite reminder ready to send on WhatsApp from the chat desk.
Stock and day steps
What is left, where it sits and what it cost — with day steps shaped to your trade, edited by voice or by typing.
Loan readiness
Your months of records become a Financial Passport, scored against real lender rules, with a plan to raise it.
Supply marketplace
Say what you need. Wholesalers answer with a price, you haggle, and the goods and the money are both written down.
Offline and light
Opens with no network, keeps working on a 2G bundle, and sends itself when signal returns.
Three doors, one network
Traders keep the book. Wholesalers sell into it. Lenders read it — but only when the trader says so.
Traders and family shops
Replace the notebook. Speak the day, see what is owed, know what is finishing, and build a file a bank can read.
Try the bookWholesalers and distributors
See real demand from shops near you, answer with a price, and get paid on terms both sides agreed in writing.

Search consented merchant passports, score them against your own criteria, and record a decision with a full audit trail.

Turn your book into a loan file
Months of honest records become a Financial Passport a bank or microfinance can read. See your score, see what to fix, and share it only when you choose.
GEMJO is not a bank or a lender and does not promise credit. It helps you prepare a lender-ready record; the lender decides.
Enterprise grade
Built to be audited, not just demoed
Row-level tenancy, written consent, rate limits that explain themselves, and a published record of what broke and when.
Security and tenancy
Every record is fenced to its shop. Staff access is role-scoped, owner-only actions need a written reason, and each one leaves an audit row.
Trust and dataAPI and integrations
Signed webhooks, keyed read APIs for verdicts and readiness, and mobile-money collection through the wallets your market already uses.
For developersConsent and compliance
Data sharing is granted, timed and revocable. Exports, deletions and restore drills are all on the record.

Pricing
One price does not fit every market
A one-table shop in Kano and a bank in Nairobi do not buy the same thing. Tell us what you run and where, and a person answers with a figure that fits — in your own money, from the wallet you already use.
- We quote for your size: one shop, a chain of shops, a wholesaler, or an institution.
- Pay from the mobile wallet or bank your market already uses.
- Stop any month. Your records stay yours, and you can take them with you.
This is a request to talk, not an offer or a contract. Nothing is charged until you agree a written quote. GEMJO keeps records and makes introductions; it is not a bank, a lender or a deposit-taker.
Straight answers
Does it work when the network is down?
Yes. Everything you record is kept on the phone and sent by itself when signal comes back. Nothing waits for the network.
Will it finish my data bundle?
No. GEMJO is built for small bundles: it sends short text, not pictures, and it tells you before anything heavy is sent.
Can my helper use it without seeing everything?
Yes. A helper can record sales without seeing your profit, your debts list or your bank matters.
Who can see my book?
Only you and the people you invite. A lender sees nothing until you share your Financial Passport, and you can stop that sharing at any time.
